1. Application form ( get it in the township office or download on the website) and private seal of applicant.
2. One affidavit.
3. One copy of ID card (both sides).
4. One land registration transcript.
5. Related documents that can prove the building existed before 1969.
6. Four photos (the front, back, left and right of the building).
7. Three building floor plans (need to mark the sizes of all parts of the building).
8. Other documents (address plate certification) and structure safety certificate issued by architects or professional engineers ( need to be attached when expanding the building).
